1) Where do I pick up the keys for the apartment?
- We will personally meet you at the apartment and hand you the keys.
2) Are there sheets and towels available in the apartment?
- Yes, there will be sheets and towels available for all the guests, everything will be ready on your arrival. The apartments are equipped to the last detail, you only need to bring your personal belongings.
3) How far is the apartment from Barcelona airport?
- Barcelona airport is some 20 or 40 minutes away from the apartment, depending on the transport used.
4) How do I reach the apartment from Barcelona airport?
- You have three options: There is a bus (Aerobus) which leaves you on Plaza Catalunya (main square in Barcelona), the train from the airport also leaves you on the square. The apartments are a ten minute walk from Plaza Catalunya, walking down Las Ramblas. The third option is to take a taxi straight there.
5) How do I reach the apartment from Girona airport?
- There is a bus from Girona airport to Barcelona, which leaves you on Paseo San Joan. The apartments are a 20 minute walk from there, another option is the metro to Plaza Catalunya (red or purple line) or a taxi.
6) What time can we access the apartment and when must we vacate it?
- Check-in is from 14:00 p.m. The check-out is between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. If the damage deposit was paid by credit card, this will be returned to your card automatically once the apartment has been checked.
- The keys must be left on the table in the lounge on departure.
7) How do I pay the 15 % reservation of the total invoice?
- Once you have filled out the reservation form, you have three different options to pay the 15 %:
- * Online credit card.
- * Bank transfer/Electronic banking (You must send us the bank receipt by fax to confirm the reservation within 24 hours).
- * By telephone (Credit card).
8) How do I pay the the remaining 85 % of the invoice?
- The amount pending (85 %) can be paid in cash (Euros) or by credit card on arrival at the apartment. If you wish, you can also pay it the days up to your arrival, by bank transfer, credit card or over the telephone.
9) Do I have to pay a damage deposit?
- MH Apartments has the rights to ask for a deposit 150 Euros on arrival at the apartment. This deposit will be returned on the departure day once we have checked that there has been no damage caused to the apartment or its contents.
10) Are there any extra costs to be paid?
- No, the total amount of the invoice includes everything (cleaning, water, electricity,...). There is the option of hiring extra services which MH Apartments offer, for further details please see the services section.
11) When will I receive the confirmation of my reservation?
- The reservation will not be confirmed until you have filled out all the corresponding information on the reservation form and the payment of the 15 % has been fulfilled. Once we have received all the data required, we will send you the confirmation of the reservation together with all the information and the reservation number within a period of 24 hours, depending on the payment system you chose. Reservations carried out over the weekend will receive confirmation on the Monday, unless the payment was carried out by online credit card, in which case, the confirmation will be immediate.
12) How can I cancel a reservation?
