The rates include

Special reservation conditions

• 25 % of prepayment once the reservation is done.
• 75 % remaining the arrival date.
• Damage deposit: 250 euros ( to be returned at the end of the stay).

Cancellation policy

• Minimun stay of 14 nights: Cancellation policy 20 days.
• Monthly stay: Cancellation policy 30 days.

If you cancel within these period the 25 % prepayment won't be refund. Outsite these period the 100 % will be refund.
