Where do I pick up the keys for the apartment?

We will personally meet you at the apartment and hand you the keys, except in the buildings of MH Apartments Center and MH Apartments Suites where the check in is automatic in the same building (please remember call us once you arrived Barcelona).

Are there sheets and towels available in the apartment?

Yes, there will be sheets and towels available for all the guests, everything will be ready on your arrival. The apartments are equipped to the last detail, you only need to bring your personal belongings.

How far is the apartment from Barcelona airport?

Barcelona airport is around 20 or 40 minutes away from the apartment by taxi. If you decide to use public transport (train or aerobus) you will take 1 hour or more, it depends on the area in which the apartment is located.

How do I reach the apartment from Girona airport?

There is a bus from Girona airport to Barcelona, which leaves you in the Barcelona Nord Bus Station. From there you can take metro or taxi to the apartments.

What time can we access the apartment and when must we vacate it?

Check-in is from 3 p.m. The check-out is before 11 a.m.. If the damage deposit was paid by credit card, this will be returned to your card automatically once the apartment has been checked. The keys must be left on the table in the living room on departure.

How do I make a reservation?

On the right side of our website you will find the search engine in 3 simple steps and have your reservation confirmed.

How do I pay the invoice?

The total amount of the invoice is paid by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or cash in local currency upon arrival at the apartment, except for offers (please read our General Conditions).

Do I have to pay a damage deposit?

MH Apartments has the rights to ask for a deposit 250 Euros upon arrival at the apartment. This deposit will be returned on the departure day once we have checked that there has been no damage caused to the apartment or its contents. 

Are there any extra costs to be paid?

No, the total amount of the invoice includes services (cleaning, water, electricity,..) and VAT, except the Tourist tax to pay upon arrival.

When will I receive the confirmation of my reservation?

Once all the necessary information we will send you an e-mail confirmation of all detailed steps to arrive at the apartments. If you do not receive it, please contact us ASAP.

How can I cancel a reservation?

All the cancellations must be advised by email. You can see MH Apartments cancellation and refunds policy in our General Conditions.

In MH Apartments Central Prague there is reception 24 hours. In MH Apartments River Prague the check in done by an automatic check-in machine in the same building. Please call before your arrival.

Are there sheets and towels available in the apartment?

Prague Ruzyne airport is around 30 or 40 minutes away from the apartment by taxi. If you decide to use public transportation (bus + metro) you will take 1 hour or more, it depends on the area of the apartment is located.
