- Buildings with reception: The check-in process and key delivery are carried out in person with our staff.
- Buildings without reception: The process is 100% automatic through a self-check-in kiosk located in the same building, where you can register and collect your keys.

Staying with us offers you an average surface area much larger than a standard hotel room and the freedom to design your stay to your liking. The main advantages are:

In all MH Apartments, check-in is from 15:00 h and check-out is until 11:00 h.
Is there a luggage storage service to keep bags before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, we offer a free luggage storage service at the following locations:
- Madrid: MH Central Madrid & MH Soho Madrid
- Barcelona: MH Liceo, MH S. Familia, MH Suites, MH Urban, MH Sant Pau, MH S. Familia. In those where there is none, we can offer luggage storage in nearby buildings
- Valencia: MH Central Valencia & MH Blasco Valencia
- Seville: there is no luggage storage at MH Central Seville, but on days when reception staff is present, we can store luggage free of charge.
