What is included in the price of the apartments in Barcelona and what extra expenses are there?
The reservation price includes accommodation, water and electricity consumption, and Wi-Fi. The only additional costs are:
- Local tourist tax: This is a mandatory tax applied per person (over 16 years old) per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights. The price is €10.45 per person per night (subject to modifications by local regulations). It is paid at the time of check-in.

All our buildings are very well connected to the center of Barcelona. The main transportation options are:
- Aerobús: Connects terminals T1 and T2 with Plaza Cataluña and Plaza España in about 30 minutes. It operates 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Tickets can be purchased directly on the bus or in advance on its official website: https://aerobusbarcelona.es/.
- Metro (Line L9 Sud): Connects the airport with the Barcelona metro network.
- Taxi: Available at the terminal exits, with a journey of approximately 20-30 minutes to the center.
Is parking available at the MH Apartments Barcelona buildings?
MH Apartments Gracia is the only one with private parking. It costs €20 per day (subject to availability).
For the others, there are always public parking lots nearby.
